For me, this mission is deeply personal. I was born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a nation rich in culture, resilience, talent, and potential. Growing up, I saw parents make unimaginable sacrifices for their children, students walk long distances to reach a classroom, and young people with brilliant minds struggle, not because they lacked determination, but because they lacked access to the resources they needed to succeed.
As my own education opened doors, one truth became impossible to ignore: the difference between where I stood and where many others remained was not talent, intelligence, or potential. It was access. Access to nutrition, to education, to mentorship, to opportunity. That realization became a responsibility.
AILE exists because poverty is rarely just a lack of money. It is the absence of the systems that let people learn, grow, and thrive. So we invest in people through four pillars: Alimentation, Innovation, Leadership, and Education. A child who is fed can learn. A student who stays in school can lead. A young leader with a little capital can build something that lasts.
Every program is rooted in dignity. We do not see the people we serve as beneficiaries of charity, but as future leaders, educators, business owners, and community builders. When one child is educated, a family gains hope. When one graduate starts a business, a community gains opportunity. That ripple is why we exist, and it is the promise AILE makes to the next generation of the Congo.

Directs the foundation's overarching mission, leads budget allocation, manages corporate banking, and serves as primary liaison to major institutional partners.
Directs school meal programs and evaluates physiological needs on the ground in the DRC. Also acts as official corporate Secretary, maintaining all legal documentation.
Oversees educational resources and university awards. Measures programmatic success via graduation rates and coordinates directly with partner universities and schools.
Bridges the gap between donors and the executive team, reaching out to potential sponsors and developing communication strategies to expand the foundation's global network.
Manages aid receipt and distribution on the ground in the DRC. Negotiates with local suppliers and hires, trains, and leads the local Congolese operational staff.
Architects training modules for digital literacy and leadership. Evaluates student progress to ensure effective capacity building and facilitates hands-on technical mentorship.
